Join us for an exciting demonstration featuring author and PBS cooking show host of “Healthful Indian Flavors with Alamelu!” Alamelu will orient us to spices and legumes, and discuss their health benefits, while making Bell Pepper and Tomato Rice with Cashews. Cookbooks will will be available for purchase after the program for $20 per book.
