- The fee to use rooms 1, 2, or 3 is $25.00 per hour or portion of an hour.
- The fee to use room 4 or the amphitheater is $50.00 per hour or portion of an hour.
- The fee is payable at the time of application and can be paid with cash, check, or credit card at the Library or paid online, once the Library has confirmed the reservation.
- If an organization does not notify the Library of a meeting cancellation before its scheduled start time the fee will not be refunded.
All users must adhere to the Library's Meeting Rooms Policy.
Primary use of the Library's meeting rooms is for Library programming. Library and City use of meeting room ranks as first priority and the Library reserves the right to cancel an existing reservation if the room is needed by the Library or City to be determined at their sole discretion. Whenever possible, 24 hour notice will be given.
Study Rooms
The Library has four study rooms. A patron may reserve a study room up to two times per month (for up to four hours at a time). When not reserved, the study rooms are available on a first come, first serve basis.
Additionally, the Library has four study pods that are always available on a first come, first serve basis. The study pods cannot be reserved.
How do I reserve a room?
The best way to reserve your dates is one at a time using our online reservation system below.
Alternatively, you can complete a non-profit or commercial meeting room application. The completed and signed application may be returned to the reference desk, emailed or mailed to the Library. Our staff will enter it in the system during Library hours.
Note: Reservations are first come, first serve based on when they are entered in our online reservation system.
For same day reservations or reservations extending past closing time, please contact the Library.
