There is no charge for non-profit, civic, and community organziations to reserve a meeting room.
For individual, private, and commercial uses, the fee to use Meeting Room 1 & 2 Combined is $50.00 per hour or pro-rated by the half hour.
Need multiple reservations?
The best way to reserve your dates is one at a time using our online reservation system.
Alternatively, you can complete a non-profit or commercial meeting room application. The completed and signed application may be returned to the reference desk, emailed or mailed to the Library. Our staff will enter it in the system during Library hours.
Note: Reservations are first come, first serve based on when they are entered in our online reservation system.
For same day reservations, please contact the Library.
Equipment

A portable projector, screen, and TV/DVD are available for checkout and use in this room with a valid Bridges library card in good standing and a signed Equipment Agreement form.
Seating
- 6 tables
- 24 chairs
Extra tables and chairs are available for organizations to meet their individual needs. The Library does not assume responsibility for and is unable to assist organizations in setting up their rooms.
Meeting rooms are scheduled back-to-back. If you need setup and teardown time, please include it in your reservation.
